Since I am unable to get a refund, what are some options?
You may transfer your ticket to someone else however you will need to find someone to sell your ticket to. Can my employer pay for my ticket to Hustle + Socialize, and will it count toward professional or leadership development?

Employers can pay for a ticket to Hustle + Socialize 2025 as part of their employee’s professional development or leadership training. This conference offers valuable content that directly supports career growth, leadership skills, and business acumen, making it an ideal investment for employees looking to advance in their roles. We recommend checking with your HR or training department to see if your organization’s development budget can be used for this purpose.

How can I find people who are also attending the event?
Our Hustle + Socialize Conference App, Whova, is where ALL our conference communication will happen. Once you purchase your tickets, you will be able to download the Whova app from your app store. You will be able to access your Whova account with the email and password you created when you purchased your tickets. You can start interacting with speakers and fellow attendees as early as 90 days before the conference day. You will receive an invitation if you haven’t done so when registering. Turn your notifications on for the app to get notifications on any questions, agenda updates, conference  reminders, and more.

Airport:  The San Antonio International Airport (SAT) is just a short flight from 2 major international hubs, Dallas Fort Worth International Airport and Houston International Airport. Our international airport, just 10 minutes from downtown.

What Venue is The Conference Taking Place?

Our 7th annual Hustle + Socialize Conference (VIP Reception & Conference Day) will take place at Hotel Valencia, 306 W Market St., San Antonio, Tx 78205. 

 
What are some Parking options for the Conference?
  • Hotel Contessa offers day parking for $25 dollars plus tax. Hotel Contessa only offers valet parking for an additional amount of $53 dollars plus tax. Rates include in-and-out privileges. Please note that their parking garage clearance does not allow for any oversized vehicles, duallies, toppers, or trailers.
  • Main Street Parking Garage- $27-32 for 12 hrs to 24 Hrs Parking

  • Riverwalk Casa Rio- $20 all day max
  • 300 Convent Parking- $5.00 flat rate Saturday and Sundays. $15 24 Hrs parking

  • Additional parking at the GT Conference Center is $15/day
Will there be an area to nurse at Hotel Contessa?
Yes! We will have a designated area at Hotel Contessa that will provide privacy for you. One of our volunteers will be on-site if needed for guidance to the areas. If you need assistance, please email us at hustleandsocialize@gmail.com 
Can students attend as well as children?
We are excited that you’re interested in bringing your students/ kids with you to experience H+S. You are more than welcome to bring them, any child, 17 and under. is free to attend.
