I bought a ticket, but now, I'm not able to attend. What is the refund policy?
Tickets are not refundable. Please be mindful and kind to the team and understand that there are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not respond to any refund request emails due to our strict policy.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are transferable. WE ONLY EXPECT TRANSFERS BEFORE MAY 31ST It is your responsibility to find a person to sell and transfer your ticket to, complete the sales transaction and then contact us at infohustleandsocialize@gmail.com with the transferee’s information and email to complete the transfer.
How can I find people who are also attending the event?
Our Hustle + Socialize Conference App, Whova, is where ALL our conference communication will happen. Once you purchase your tickets, you will be able to download the Whova app from your app store. You will be able to access your Whova account with the email and password you created when you purchased your tickets. When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Saturday, June 8 doors will open at 8:30am CST for registration, followed by networking, breakfast bites and coffee and shopping. We will kick off the offical event programming at 9:30am- 6:30p.m CST
Will there be a designated area for nursing mothers?
Yes! We will have a designated area on-site to provide privacy and comfort for nursing mothers.
I would love to bring my daughter! Are children allowed?
Children over the age of 12 are allowed to attend. Children will need to have a paid ticket and must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Nursing babies are always welcome.
Do you offer media passes for content creators in exchange for content?
We will have limited, restricted access to media passes for the event, depending on coverage needs. Requests are approved on a case-by-case basis with guaranteed coverage by commercial print, on-air, and online media outlets. If this is not your case, we suggest you purchase a ticket for the full experience.
