We began in 2018 as a best-friend team. Cofounded by Michelle Vallejo & Christina Olivarez from South Texas, the two were on a mission to create a brave space for empowering minority women in entrepreneurship and connect them to like-minded individuals and business development opportunities.
Today, Hustle + Socialize is led by CoFounder Christina Olivarez and has evolved into a go-to community where TEXAS women come together and experience business education and build meaningful connections through our annual conference, online programming & events throughout the year.
Our community consists of business beginners looking to get their business idea off the ground & running and business builders looking to scale their current businesses and skyrocket their income & impact.
Who is this conference for?
H+S is a home base for women at all levels of business ownership. The H+S community is made up of those dreaming of launching a business, navigating the ins and outs of growing a business, and established businesses looking to scale via investments, partnerships, and community-building.
This event is open to anyone, regardless of gender/ gender identity.

I bought a ticket, but now, I'm not able to attend. What is the refund policy?
Tickets are not refundable. Please be mindful and kind to the team and understand that there are ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS. We will not respond to any refund request emails due to our strict policy.
Is my registration/ticket transferrable?
Tickets are transferable. It is your responsibility to find a person to sell and transfer your ticket to, complete the sales transaction and then contact us at infohustleandsocialize@gmail.com with the transferee’s information and email to complete the transfer.
What are your COVID-19 Policies?
The health and safety of all those in attendance are a top priority. Based on guidance from the CDC, health authorities, and government agencies alike, we have implemented adequate health and safety measures to provide all in attendance with the safest experience possible.
We kindly ask that you refrain from attending if:
● You have tested positive or have been exposed to someone who has tested positive for
COVID-19 14 days prior to the event.
● You have experienced a symptom of COVID-19 within 10 days of the start of the event
only attending if you obtain a negative PCR test, even if you are fully vaccinated, prior to
the start of the event.
● You have traveled to any international territory identified by federal or applicable state or
local government as being subject to travel or quarantine advisories due to COVID-19
within 14 days prior to the event.
By purchasing a ticket and attending Hustle + Socialize 2022 Conference, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19.
How can I find people who are also attending the event?
We will make sure you have a few ways to connect before, during, and after the event. The week of the conference, you will receive an invitation to join our dedicated Hustle + Socialize Conference App, powered by Whova, to start finding your new business bestie, ask questions, check out the agenda, receive reminders, and more.
Will there be parking available?
San Antonio City parking lots include Sp+Parkling Lot, Weston Centre Parking Lot, Rand Parking, and City Toward Garage. *Rates vary
When should I plan to arrive and depart?
Saturday, June 10 doors will open at 9:00 am CST for registration, followed by breakfast bites and coffee and shopping. We will kick off the event at 9:45am CST with a welcome by our Co-Founder, Christina.
